sometimes it’s good to work out with others, & taking part in an exercise class adds a whole new dimension to your fitness routine.
motivation is one obvious benefit, as you are in a group environment it helps to keep you going. our classes are all taken by qualified instructors, & range from step, pump & body conditioning to yoga, pilates & baby massage (yes, you need a baby for the last one).
the classes are all included in membership* which means that you can try any or all of them. our timetable is updated quarterly and we are always open to suggestions if there is a certain class you really fancy and we don’t currently run it we will look into it.
*except our fantastic martial arts however we can offer these at a subsidised rate for members
