Kent Velo Girls
Kent Velo Girls (KVG) is a road cycling club for women, founded in 2008. What started as a small group of female cyclists keeping each other company on rides has grown to be one of the UK’s largest women’s cycling clubs.
Passionate about cycling they welcome women from a wide range of ages and abilities into their cycling community.
At KVG there are over 20 club rides a week across 5 days, as well as other training and social events. Rides range from ‘easy’ to ‘advanced’ level and no pre-booking is required.
There is also a men’s section, Kent Velo Boys, who ride at weekends.
All members are required to complete a free induction session before they join and will need a drop handlebar road bike to join club rides.
